Join us at the Cookery School as we take you through how to recreate classic French dishes which you can easily replicate in your own home, paired with 3 French wines.

At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.

At the class you will learn how to make:

• Onion & Thyme Tart Tatin
• Poulet au Mariolle (Chicken in a cheese sauce)
• Herb roasted potatoes
• Dark Chocolate Mousse

This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
