Autumn - Saturday 27th September 2025, 9:30am

Crab salad, Focaccia Bread, Duck Breast with Organic Beetroot, Parsnip, Potato and Baked Onion and a Chocolate & Hazenut Creme BrƻlƩe.

Valentines - Saturday 7th February 2026, 9:30am

Scallops with Chorizo, Lobster Thermidor, Steak with chimichurri, Perfect roasted vegetables with white wine, Dark Chocolate Mousse.

Easter - Saturday 4th April 2026, 9:30am

Crab & Pea Risotto, Focaccia Bread, Roast Leg of Lamb with Mint Jus, Perfect roasted vegetables with white wine, Tuscan Roast Potatoes, Apple Tart Tatin.

Spring - Saturday 9th May 2026, 9:30am

Seared scallops with fennel, radish & citrus salad, Focaccia Bread, Rump of Lamb with petit pois a la francais, Lemon Posset.

This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.

These classes are suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
