Join us at this class where we make delicious gluten free dishes including an amazing gluten free bread. All of which are easily replicated in your own home.  

At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.

At this class you will make:

• Gluten free focaccia bread
• Smoked mackeral pate with gluten free seeded crackers
• Pork shoulder with polenta
• Gluten free baked donuts

This is a great class to adapt to your every day gluten free lifestyle and learn some hints and tips to help plan your meals.

This class will last approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
